Incubating goose eggs

I plan to incubate goose eggs. Has anyone done this, what success have you had, and what was the strategy?
I have pilgrim geese and am going to get some barnyard mix eggs as well.

I hatched 7/8 in Mini Ecos last year but cheated. Had two Pilgrim hens on 2 nests but after the first 3 goslings hatched they kicked the nests apart. I tossed 8 eggs into 2 minis Ecos in a panic not expecting much. Then they hatched! Lol. Think they were in the Ecos for the last week or so. Trying to decide on letting my girls sit them or try to actually incubate some properly this year. Where are you located? Always interested in where Pilgrims are!

Come to think of it I incubated some in a Hovabator once too, but after all the work of monitoring, misting, turning, etc. I had a power outage. 3 survived to hatch but looking at a more reliable, less time intensive incubator due to my work schedule.

I am going to attempt to hatch african geese for the very first time. I have successfully hatched muscovies and guineas before but never geese. I've read several articles and they all give different information. Would it be similar to incubating muscovies in respect to keeping the eggs moist and the humidity levels around 55%? I would appreciate any input I can get. I'm only attempting to hatch 3 geese. I'd like to put them in the same incubator with some silver appleyard duck eggs if possible.
