incubating in ms

The first time I tried bating no luck, so second times the charm right? We live in ms, and I've been running my bater for 2 days now and its been steady at 99.5, what humidity level do I need for days 1_18 and when I raise humidity for lockdown do I add water or take water away? Oh I've got a little giant still air bater no turner

For days 1-18 the humidity should be around 30-45% and during lockdown the humidity should be around 50-70%. To reach higher humidity you add water to the incubator.
