Incubating in my bra

It might be, Idk. I feed Purina FR and offer free choice oyster shell though. I get an egg like this from my BLRW which I believe is my pullet's mom, so maybe it's some kind of genetic thing?
yeah sounds like it cant be excess calcium then. cool. speckles are neat!

the eggs from my original hens (i.e. moms) are white so it's interesting that my pullet eggs are more that color or lighter tones of a similar color too.

color doesnt change though, right? like the color isnt a pullet thing?

Some eggs get speckles. It’s a normal thing.

Yeah, Idk! It's weird, but pretty. No, not in my experience. The bloom can make the egg appear lighter or darker sometimes though.
