Hello!
I've never incubated before, and I want to learn. I don't know how to identify if an egg is fertilized. I have two fertile roosters with the hens 24/7.... Should I just assume all my eggs are fertilized?
Thanks in advance.

There is no way to tell if an individual egg is fertilised, without cracking it open, but if you have two roos in with the hens and you have seen active mating from them, then you can pretty much guarantee you'll have a high rate of fertility.

Great, thank you!

X2, if you have a good ratio of hens to roosters then your eggs are almost definitely fertile :) If you want to crack a couple open to check, you could do that, or you can pop some in the incubator and in about five days you'll be able to candle and see that they are developing if they are fertile :)
