Incubating precious eggs...Hatching!

Come on the rest of you lazy lot!! Time to come out and play!! We want a sweet little blue roo for our best friend Cetawin! She has gooooooodiieeees!!!!!

There ya go Cetawin!! Make up a batch of your famous blueberry pancakes and wave them round the incubator. That will stir those eggs into action!

Wait .... now, LadyHawk, you DID give them their eviction papers, didn't you?

Do not despair, really..... ya know, those Orps are often the last ones to hatch out, it seems to me. They may not even pip until later this evening, and hatch out tomorrow. So, don't get worried yet (and I know you are!).

The Orps are lazy bums, so Kathy is right. They want to be fashionably late.

2 Orps out and 1 Dellie/EE...they are in the brooder. I put a couple drops of poly vi sol with water in a mayo lid with a few stones and they are all drinking a little and eating.

One of the Orp eggs is still active but does not have beak in air cell yet...the other 2 orps and 1 Dellie cross and moving very little and still have their heads down...that was about 5pm I am going to check them again in a bit.

The orps are still not fuzzed out enough yet to know color...Sarah saw them and thinks blue...so we shall see.

I'll have to go to bed soon. Am trying to keep a headache at bay, again. Surely, you'll get at least one more Orpie!

Take care of your headache...Sarah has a blue boy that is gorgeous...I think I am going to get him from her when I pass off Baize to her...then I can see what I have and work with him in the interim. He is really dark blue and I think she said from Claudia's line.

If I do get a boy from these, that will give me two to choose from and I can rehome the other. But I want to go ahead and get the boy from her so I can start working with him hands on before he gets to "that" age. He is about the same age as Baize.

June's baby is so danged cute...it looks like a dirty white puffy cheeked delaware...it has the Dellie mind control look down pat already! hahahaha
