Incubating Shipped Silkie Eggs

Looks like it kinda pipped towards the middle so a little blood is expected when they do that. But don’t worry I have had chicks hatch and be just fine whenever they do that. Congrats on your hatches!!🥳 It’s so exciting! Silkies are very sweet birds I just got three this year and they hardly ever leave my side when I’m in the coop.
Ya mine r the same! Follow me around, and they have been rockstars laying eggs! One has laid an egg almost every day since she started back in july. The other went broody so had a couple months off, and the third went broody just shortly after she started laying. I gave her 4 eggs which she hatched and has been a stellar mama! I love my silkies!

Can't wait to see how many of flynncahills hatch out 🤗

Here is how they stack up with an Americauna (Nellie) and Maran (Blanche) eggs, these eggs are huge, even bigger than store bought large eggs!

The other two are the Silkie eggs (Fluffy McNugget and Curly McNugget).

The suspense is killing me, but I reckon I won’t be getting any until spring time with winter coming on. Btw beautiful eggs!!🥰
