Let me preface this by saying I have never incubated before.
I got 24 turkey eggs from a lady who lives about an hour from me, 6 were for a friend but the rest are ours. I put all of them in my incubator. It is now day 10 and I still don't see veins! Either they are there and I'm just not seeing them (definite possibility since I'm new to all this) or absolutely none of them are developing. (Which I find unlikely) These are bourbon red eggs and some bronz/royal palm mix so some of them are speckled and all of them seem to have a dense shell. My hubby says to let them alone til Saturday (day 14) and candle again. If none show red ring or other obvious signs of death he says to leave them in til hatch time. Any advice would be extremely welcome!

As you are at day 10 and are not seeing any obvious signs of decay I agree with your husband. They may well be developing and you are not able to see it. What sort of candler are you using? Are you doing it in a dark room?

What temperature are you incubating at?

Incubator is set between 99-100 degrees. I use a strong led flashlight in our mudroom bathroom because it has no windows so it's pitch dark all day. Most of the eggs have a "mass" that moves when I rotate the egg. A couple, the light comes almost right through and is sort of gold colored. I'm guessing these are not fertile. I hate not having someone near me that could show me what the heck I'm supposed to look for.....

Do a Google image search on "candling chicken eggs" and "candling turkey eggs" (both without the quote marks). There are hundreds of candling photos to look at to give you some idea of what you are seeing. Those should help you a lot.

Can someone with information on incubating turkey eggs help me please. We found a turkey egg on our ranch we grabbed it thinking it was one of our chickens we got back to the house and realized it was a turkey I candled it and here are the pictures of the candling
Here is the air cell
