Evenin', all! My hatch is underway! Ive got one chick out as of 11am, and waiting on pips from the other 4. Peeps not pips yet tho. Its a SFH from the SFH i hatched last spring, so this is second generation and i am excited, but sooooo hoping my faverolles hatch. Ive had chick on the brain all day so im vegging out with the kiddos, eating taco dip, and watching Shaun the Sheep. Ill post pics in a bit.

Hard to see in the red light, but its a very pretty charcoal and yellow color. Its the egg from my favorite hen, so im pretty jazzed! The kids and i named her/him Bedivere from Monty Python's "The Holy Grail"
