I did not know you were supposed to lower temp at lockdown!!

Guys I just got a new job so my time has pretty much evaporated. I cant candle today, but its day 18. Im upping humidity to 70, took out the turner this a.m.. and im locking down. Laid the eggs on their side, anything else I need to do????

Congratulations on your new job! And if you are doing chicks, I would suggest keeping the humidity around 60 to mid 60's. Then the waiting game.

Home from work, gotta get hay for the horses later but I will at least be around a little....tomorrow I'll be gone all day

Humidity is 73%, temp at 99 (Im going to lower to 98) eggs are on their side out of the turner. ...sally! QuestiOn!-I don't know which side is probable pip side, as I didn't candle since day 7. So just lay on their side and chickens will turn the eggs for hatch side up??
