setting up a home built incubator, temp is running about 94-95 to 101-102 F I'm using an old mini frig with a lower hot water heater thermostat, circulation comes from a computer fan, any thoughts?

heat comes from what? and welcome to byc and to the thread!! if its from light bulb its too far away

I'd spend $20 and get a good wafer thermostat and ditch the water heater thermostat. Just my 2c....
