Calibrating a hygrometer- there are better links on post two.

To calibrate, fill a plastic soda cap with plain table salt. Add enough water to make the salt wet, but not so much that water stands on top of the salt. Place a zip lock bag flat on a flat surface. Place the cap inside the bag with the hygrometer.

Calibrating a thermometer- again, a better description post two.
Method 1: Ice Water
Fill a glass with ice cubes, then top off with cold water.
Stir the water and let sit for 3 minutes.
Stir again, then insert your thermometer into the glass, making sure not to touch the sides.
The temperature should read 32°F (0°C). Record the difference and offset your thermometer as appropriate.

I am fine thanks, in the middle of preparation for the matriculation exams

Next week 2 very large tests, one is practical laboratory and the other theoretical, and in the 13 of June a verbal test on a research that they have done during the year, a very intensive one!

If your birds didn't hatch until day 24 or later than your incubation temp was to low. Here's a link on how to calibrate. By calibrate I mean to ensure there accuracy.
