To calibrate, fill a plastic soda cap with plain table salt. Add enough water to make the salt wet, but not so much that water stands on top of the salt. Place a zip lock bag flat on a flat surface. Place the cap inside the bag with the hygrometer.
Method 1: Ice Water
Fill a glass with ice cubes, then top off with cold water.
Stir the water and let sit for 3 minutes.
Stir again, then insert your thermometer into the glass, making sure not to touch the sides.
The temperature should read 32°F (0°C). Record the difference and offset your thermometer as appropriate.
I am fine thanks, in the middle of preparation for the matriculation exams
Next week 2 very large tests, one is practical laboratory and the other theoretical, and in the 13 of June a verbal test on a research that they have done during the year, a very intensive one!

Sounds like you will be very busy for the next couple weeks.

If your birds didn't hatch until day 24 or later than your incubation temp was to low. Here's a link on how to calibrate. By calibrate I mean to ensure there accuracy. What does that mean?
And I had no clue I should wait till day 24 for chicks to hatch. If one can get through the chit chat. There is great info on here. lol
