@Akrnaf2 Sit down before you read this Here is today's menu. I am gone 12-14 a day so Supper is at home (leftover chicken and fresh spinach cooked or salad who knows). I brought the following to work as options. I ate the banana, low fat peach yogurt, milk, Raisen Bran in truck, leftover brat, apple, and pear. Scali roll with smoked chicken breast, optional Mayo and mustard. See, I told you to sit down. I need to learn better easy and portable food options.
