I flew out of Springfield this time, but boy have they raised their parking. I am flying out of Fayetteville next month. I refuse to use Joplin again. Last time I was scheduled out of there they told us an hour before that our flight was cancelled because of weather in Dallas. The cancellation was one thing, but come to find out they had cancelled the afternoon flight for three days in a row and there were no flights out for three days. They offered flights out of Springfield or Fayetteville, but no way to get there or compensation. If it had been one flight or day that is one thing, but if you have nothing for three days or more, the least they could have done is bussed us to either of the two airports an hour or so away. The business people and others like me with no way to get to the other airport and then fly on return to Joplin. I wrote them with a pathetic we are not responsible for weather response. So I told them count me out. I would not pay extra for Joplin again.
I've flown in and out of Springfield a couple times.
My brother used to have to fly out of Joplin a lot as systems analyst for Leggett and Platte. He unaffectionately referred to those planes as flying sewer pipes.

Aske me and I will give you tge info that my practice is based on.
It is very simple first step you should do some blood check
Check for the levels of triglycerides , glucose, HDL, LDL, and make a special request for A1C test, and test for the funcyion of your liver enzymes. After you have your results practice according to this principal
1. Carbohydrates especially grains, wheat, barely, rice, corn ect you should eat for the minimum possible!
If you intend toneat from them eat the ones thst have low Glicimic index like Spelt or oats
2. No sugar, honey ect.
3, proteins are wonderful eggs, meet, fish, hige fat cheese are exelent (remmber no Bred!)
4. Vegetebels are wonderful except from potatoes ( l know I know, I am sorry!)
5. Fruit not to much ( grapes and watermelon are the eorst very high GI!)
6. Almond, nuts are extra good.
7. Oils the only one that you dhould use are olive oil or butter
8.NEVER NEVER USE MARGARINE, !!

After 4-5 months redo the blood tests and see if ther6 is any improvement.

I AM PRACTICING THIS FOR 6 MONTHS, LOST 11 KG, MY TRIGLYCERIDES WENT DOWN, ALSO COLESTEROL, BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT I IMPRUVED EXTREMLY WELL MY LIVER FUNCTIO, I feel more energetic, less tired and much more powerful.
I czn give you the expletion but it is very hard for me to write Glouconeogensis and outer terms like that in English!

Good plan. Just don't underestimate eliminating food additives like artificial color, artificial flavor, MSG and high fructose corn syrup. In the US, people consume way more of that junk than they realize.

The other question besides time , and the difficulties of change is how to afford to eat those foods.
It doesn't take a lot of time to hard boil some eggs and throw some raw carrots, cauliflower and celery in a bag for the trip down the road.
As for cost, the healthier the food, the less you need. Yes, fresh vegetables are more expensive than canned but the tradeoff is more nutrition. Fresh fish is more expensive than fish sticks but more nutrition.
People call Whole Foods Market, Whole Paycheck. But if you have a plan, stick with the plan and just buy what is on sale, you can get out of there with some wonderful food for less than you think.

Affording real food is cheaper than affording the health care that follows not eating well.
Eggs, and vegetables I don't know the prices in the USA, but here they aren't very expensive and this are the basic. You have poultry and pigs, and you can hunt, so it is almost all covered up!
In season, we have a lot of farmers' markets that can cut the cost dramatically.
Buy from the source and stay out of Walmart with their gassed meats that don't turn brown.

Yes my freind this are the worst! You won't believe how many taste you will begin to feel after you have clean your palate from them! You will not belive how sweet is milk or an apple! The sugar is THE MOST HARMFUL INGRIDIANT THAT YOU USE! It is, with stress, the basis of almost all the metabolic syndrome disorders!
Early in life, I read a book called Sugar Blues. It was an autobiography of a man that grew up with severe diabetes.
He set out to cure himself and did so by eliminating sucrose in all forms from his diet.
Centuries ago, sugar was a treat consumed on rare occasions. We now have added sugar in so many products deemed safe for human consumption. They aren't safe.

Yes you are right, sorry I do some dumb mistakes every 0.5 a post! Sorry, but I am sure that my mistakes in English are not so bad as your's in Hebrew!

Not dumb.
Most here are very good at their native tongue. A few don't even do their native language justice much less speak several others.
When supervising a foreign exchange program, I was always amazed at the number of languages some teenagers could speak well if not fluently. Some of the kids I supervised spoke as many as 7 languages.
oh my !!! drizzled!!! crazy stuff yer right!!

What is a drizzled chicken? I used to have a frizzle but the only drizzled ones I've had were on a lower roost under a bird with diarrhea.

I have three Cream Legbar cockerels two are four and a half months, and the other is about seven weeks younger.
I will use one with my CL pullets and leghorns, and one with my production reds for green egg layers. If any of you have them what do you think?

Your birds look very nice.

Long, but good.
