I just tried candling my eggs I got in the mail. Some I cannot see an air cell at all.
I am going to have to hand turn 12 eggs. How should I choose which ones to hand turn? I could order another turner but it would take a week to get here.. The 15 eggs I bought turned into to 44.

Like I said on the phone, just try to find the best air cells you can see and if they are looking good (not wiggly) turn those by hand

Processing for the first time. Ten or eleven birds, digging four holes in very rocky ground, mowing, political picnic, church, riding, clean coops and work on a run, indoor chores, etc. I hope you guys have more fun.

Sell the extras. I have a few customers at church. I sell enough to pay for feed.
