We do too. If I have a good season of course. Still have to buy cow but not chicken. After eating so much deer, the cow seems too greasy. Especially the burger.We live off venison for the most part as well. Sure helps out on the grocery bill.

The cuts can be similar if you want them that way. I do all my own so they differ slightly. Usually have ground, chunks, steaks (all boneless), roasts (all boneless) and tenderloins. Tenderloins can be turned into butterfly chops or left whole. I'm not a liver eater so I can't vouch for it.Are the cuts of meat similar to cattle? Is the liver tasty?
