Are the cuts of meat similar to cattle? Is the liver tasty?

The cuts can be similar if you want them that way. I do all my own so they differ slightly. Usually have ground, chunks, steaks (all boneless), roasts (all boneless) and tenderloins. Tenderloins can be turned into butterfly chops or left whole. I'm not a liver eater so I can't vouch for it.
