We do too. If I have a good season of course. Still have to buy cow but not chicken. After eating so much deer, the cow seems too greasy. Especially the burger.

That's because ground beef is very greasy. Even the 90/10 "lean" beef.

The heart is excellent sauted with onions and mushrooms. I tried the kidneys once and didn't care for the flavor nor texture.
