Depends which weather man you listen too. Hottest one says 109 going down to 99 on Friday. Cooler one says 102 going down to 93. Split the difference usually works.

Turnip greens, bacon-wrapped venison backstrap with jalepeno and cream cheese, smothered cabbage with bacon and venison sausage, grilled venison backstrap, grilled venison sausage, and venison roast stew with sausage and vegetables over rice.

Best food I've ever had I think. This young buck who worked for us in 2011 came to visit. He's working as a forester but in the winter he guides hunts and cooks for his clients. All the venison was ours. I chopped the onions and made the rice, otherwise didn't lift a finger. e
