I had a cochin girl and OEGB roo.
I think that a trio of girls would be nice for Duckling. I have a small prefab coop that they would easily fit in, and she can get into.

I do not want to get them "on purpose". I have too many birds as it is. If I "have" to get them for Duckling, and a hen goes broody, and she "has" to have eggs, I will tell him I need eggs.
