I got almost all of the meat into the freezer! For supper, I am going to make a brownie sundae. The brownies are baking now. Just chocolate, Chaos. Nothing else!

I apologise... I must've read it wrong somewhere, though don't worry It has been left untouched! It seems to be ok for now...as mentioned in being told it is brown and dry...not bloody or anything. Been put to bed for the evening, hopefully it will have dried up completely by the morning and as you say will come off on its own. Sorry...didn't mean to put the fear in everyone, obviously rushed reading and skipped a few bits :S my bad...
