No fun by myself lol. Hubby works 2nd shift and kids are out cold. All family lives at least 40 minutes away and they all work in the morning. Planning to have one Saturday though.

My wife's recipe is 1/2 cup of cashew butter, 1/2 cup of applesauce, 2 eggs and cinnamon to taste.
