Ok guys I have an egg that externally pipped the wrong end sometime while I was sleeping. I was going to wait to help but I'm worried now. It's has started to zip a bit towards the tip of the pointy end. It was really going to town but now has stopped. Not abnormal they take a break. Because of the position I'm still worried. I have no experience with this. The few I've had dies and never made it out which of coarse gives me extreme anxiety. What should I do? These are my ayam cemani eggs and I only have 5 shipped eggs.

Hi All, Not a SINGLE quote came through GRRRRR So, yes, I'm having glitches as well. I hope everyone is staying cool in this heat. We're supposed to be well over 100 today and it's already blazing out there.
It's been a busy couple of days. I have the one silkie chick that hatched under a broody silkie. It's getting big!!
These are the chicks I hatched for gotro17, I'll be trying to sneak them under her broody mamma today.
I had snuck 2 babies under a broody hen last week, I snuck 3 more under her last night. They seem to be doing great! But, I have 6 chicks there, so I'm guessing one of the non fertile eggs I left under her happened to be fertile? I had 2 nesting boxes in there for her, but she has moved out onto the floor (abandoning the remaining eggs) and is caring for the chicks there. So I removed the big bin and just left the bucket.
Happy Hatching everyone!!!
