We are getting the heat for this whole week.  Ugh!  Ugh!  That's all I have to say about it.  Ugh!  Going out to give the chickens fresh water a few times a day, and, I will spray them down at times, they've gotten so they just stand there and let me.  I also really soak their favorite area down for them a couple of times a day.  Man it's hot!  I know, some have it warmer than 100 to 102, but we aren't used to that here, especially for a couple of weeks in a row.   :/   

I think our weather reversed itself these past couple weeks. Been in mid 80 to low 90. Not any more it's back today through the week.

I do not know yet. On one hand, if I got full size, I could sell milk and train them to pull carts. On the other, smaller ones would eat less and I would not have the hassle of selling milk.

i dont have time for milk, and all the goats even cross mutts are wicked expensive around here

How sad. There's a baby pool the dogs can go in, there is also a line of trees outside the field, my boy tends to work some from the shade of the trees, he has was it called a strong presence.
