It uses a finer grind right. There's always some fines left over when I'm grinding that doesn't do well in a French press. I was thinking I could use that for the expresso

Arabic coffe flavored with cardamon powder cooked in a Turkish style
Yemanit coffe with a mixture of spices called Howaige
And ofcorse Italian expresso and capuchinos!

No worries about offending the American coffee. Friends don't let friends drink Starbucks. I'm not one for a strong coffee. I enjoy the different favors from all over. What country do you like your coffee from? We've been trying for all over. Doing the roasting yourself brings a whole different world of favors to you.
