It wasn't anything crazy, for someone not keen on wine it would be a great starter, just sweet enough without being a dessert wine type
I don't like it too sweet


I guess I'm more a beer type when I do drink. I made some hard apple Cider that turned out more wine like more dry, spice flavor is good but it's too dry and too strong for me.

I live for beer but wine is also good, same with cider lol, it all takes its own time an each is a different learning process

Yes I let the Cider go to long. Bought the proper yeast and gave it the correct temperature. Done in less than a week. Year before cooler temps and different yeast so much better. Small kick and great flavor.
One brewer here in town has a porter aged in whiskey barrels. My guess he's getting it started about now. It's available at Christmas in limited supply. Smooth.
