HOW you decide wich animals you can use, and wich you can't? I really want to what are the criteria! Culture, my friend...culture, and what goes against your personal beliefs, limits, and sensibilities. So it is totally SUBJECTIVE! In this case nobody can tell nothing about it!
In my ayes:
The only criteria is not to use any aninal, or animals parts that come from endangered wild animal.
And ofcorse never to inflict unnecessary pain, or to abuse animals.
