Oh no. So sorry. Was his head sticking out of the fence? Can't see good on my cell.

No his head was resting in the corner. But, his body was as stiff as a board, he looked like a torpedo

I just found one of my roosters dead

His head was in the corner. Any ideas

It's impossible to say. If you can tell that his neck is broken, it's possible that he may have gotten spooked and tried to go through the fence in the corner. I've seen my large hens attempt to do that a time or two, and they were really frantic when they tried. It's possible his head may have gotten caught in a bad position and snapped the neck. Just a theory...

Geesh! Certainly didn't die of old age. If he appeared healthy up til now and was eating and drinking as he should, it must've an undetected problem he was born with, unless there's a possibility he and a dominant rooster got into it...I've had that happen

I'm not sure. His beck wasn't broken though

He had no external damage
