@BantyChooks I am hatching also, I have 4 eggs in the incubator (EE's and chocolate orp mixes), 5 eggs with broodies (also EE's and chocolate orp mixes). They are due to hatch on Monday.

Quote: Not bold at all if you know the owners are gone working all day, the dog inside won't bother you, there's dry wood inside, in addition to the pile out back, where missing wood would stand less chance of being noticed, and you cant be seen from the road 600+ feet away & hidden by trees.

That all adds up to a local.

my bator is running, but i need to figure out the fans

I had a similar problem to what I think you are experiencing when I upgraded my fans.
I originally had a bank of cheap computer fans that after a few hatches were overwhelmed by dust.
I then bought the most powerful fans of the same size and voltage I could find with dust filters.
I have quite a few power supplies so didn't do the math till they arrived. I didn't have a single 12VDC power supply that was powerful enough to run all 4 fans. I had to choose whether to run them on lower power (which wasn't a good option), use 2 power supplies or the option I chose which was to install a switch and alternate use of the fans. First and third for a hatch, then second and fourth for next hatch. Not a perfect solution but even 2 fans could move more air than the original 4.
You said AC adaptor. I think you meant DC power supply - where you get 120 volt AC and convert it to 12 volts DC for the fans.

You'll have to either splice the turner motor into the wires feeding the power supply or just plug it into another outlet.
Wire nuts are messy but removable and not a bad idea till you get everything working. Then you can replace the wire nuts with butt splices.

i am going to splice the turner into an extension cord already powering the bator, (splice a plug thing into it so i can remove it easily)
I am using an ac (?) adapter for the computer fans, the first adapter i had didnt work, i reversed the wires (polarity) and one worked the other barely moved, Chaos said i needed a more poerful adapter so i have one other i can try. The 2nd adapter has switches to change the output and polarity so it should (
