I dont know much about them, kiddo wanted them, the hens are mean and the roo is very very sweet he eats from my hands, that one hen is the first to ever draw blood on me, any other chicken would be in the pot after the slice she gave, and my hands are fairly weathered and hard, the beauch!!

They are and vulnerable to hawks so need other breeds as protectors.

That was the last story I heard.

The thing that bugs me is people getting outstanding stock of an extremely rare breed and being unprepared to do them justice.
I've grown very selective when deciding who gets my birds.
