Sally you can fold a piece of Iron like that

hmmmm yes, nice diagram, if I was strong enough or had a vice big enough to hold something to bend like that, and the bend would need tighter towards the bottom to hold them tight.

You can use a metal pipe, or some window bars as a pivot point to bend them.

sweet, I went through everything, I do have those rods I used in the incubator, those threaded rods but not sure of bendability, or if they are alum although alum would work good no?

let me go look at that upright coolerbator info on the rods that hold the trays

If bent slow enough alum might work, otherwise it would just break. I know I've got an alum rod out there so maybe I'll give it a bend and find out.

What about brake line? Flexible but should still be rigid enough once bent. I have a 25ft spool of it in my shed that I bought for my truck but decided to go with the pre-bent kit.
