The last time we went to the beach is was filthy and covered in sea glass. I'm tempted to go back with a bucket to clean it all up, then use for crafts.

Hi Benny-the total is up!!! 7 BCM, 5 serama, 2 icelandic and a few more pips. official hatch date is tomorrow but my serama always go early. Next wed/thurs more BCM's, serama,mottled java & the AYAM CEMANI!!!!!!! and the chicken show next weekend!!!

my EE's need to finish growing up and start laying.

I got my red sex linked, so hopefully they lay well....

You'll never see them. That new fan is so powerful it blew the eggs clean out of the 'bator, all the way to the bayou. They were last seen floating downstream, just before a 'gator scarfed them down.

Yeah I feel ya on that one!!!! I had my reservations. But the set it and forget it option was the kicker.... When I am on 12 hour days which is more like 14 because of my drive & I get home only to get back up a few hours later, it ended up being worth it to be by me not doing something stupid and falling asleep and forgetting to check, adjust, turn etc or taking the time to make everything perfect for the hatch... you know all the stuff you do with "responsible" hatching-especially when you are dealing with rare, expensive or fragile eggs! Plus I am back to work for now, my hubby is done traveling and we don't have kids so we are blessed as far as being able to splurge every once in a while. Maybe one day if my wrist gets back to semi normal. I'll buy one as a "prize" on the games with eggs thread!!!!

I think if I had a bigger cabinet incubator that didn't have a humidity controller on it I would be more inclined to buy one.
