I think that you are personalize to much your chickens, they don't hate, or love, they just act according to its instincts and nature.
She is the alfa chicken and she want to stay like that.

I'm okay with that. Watching them amuses me. I find their antics worth going outside for. I get for a lot of people they are just eggs and meat. but for me, they are a source of endless entertainment. I like it better than watching TV

lol the EE's are their own flock. The ones I wanted to put back in are a lot smaller than my EEs. they are cochins, 3 polish and a red sex linked. She's a lot bigger than they are right now.

Not sure. It feels the best when I wake up-after I have done absolutely nothing. The craziest things irritate it and the pain shoots and radiates depending on which ligament or tendon is working. so far rest, ice, elevation, epsom salt baths and stabilization make it better-use and not having it upright/level make it worse.. haven't noticed a change with weather yet.

How long are you going to be unable to do your normal job given the injury? Do they expect you to be healed soon, or is going to take a while?

dumb question, but its an ongoing argument in my home, everyone knows those long white stringy things, aka the chalaza that hold the yolk in place in the egg right? Well..... When you cook with eggs do you use a fork and get them out and trash them? or just dump the eggs in the bowl???
