Have you tried oatmeal baths? If you'd have caught it with an hour of exposure, rubbing alcohol is supposed to help treat it, but you have to catch it right away

Benedyrl, cool water soaks, and aveeno lotion are also supposed to help. I've never had poison ivy, but my mom in law has. She usually has to get a special cream for her doctor though, because she's fairly allergic to the stuff.
