I think I may actually win these goose hatching eggs. My incubator's all cleaned and ready to go for their arrival if I do... but now I need to figure out the exact temps/humidity for them. I know you need to mist them or lay wet paper towels over the eggs to mimic a wet mom sitting on them.... anything else special goose eggs need?

Don't know anything about geese. I'm going to get the pond back up and running if I can get my friend to use his backhoe before leaving the neighbors. However I won't be getting geese or ducks. At least not mine plenty ducks visit as it is. I even thought I'd raise fish to eat from same pond. Nope the river otters came in and ate all of the fish.

Yeah. She got mad when she found me eating chips on the couch, so she locked me up again.
Don't tell her I told you, but the outside door ain't locked. If she blames me I'll deny it.
She locked it. Hmm... That window is open though..
Here is some chocolate. If you are that hungry, why aren't you eating the eggs? There is Aquafina in that bar fridge too. Honestly? I have hatched ducks. I never spritz anything for a successful hatch. The humidity was 35% - 45%. 75% at lockdown.
:weee Chocolate!!! Umm, cause raw eggs don't taste good. (Is aquafina water?)

A chicken of mine hatched two goose eggs.

Morning all :)

Anyone have experience with runner ducks?

Someone offered to give me 4 ducklings and I'm trying to decide if I should take them...
