When we first moved here I thought I'd try and at least make it one week on the foods we grew here. Let's just say I'd be dead and most items I raised had to te started from things I bought. Thank God for farmers even though I complain about how they do things. My feeble attempts were ruined by a single hail storm. Now whatcha gonna do, can't eat dirt.

While I could probably live off bacon..... lol it's why many of the people hundreds of years ago only lived to about 30

I think I may actually win these goose hatching eggs. My incubator's all cleaned and ready to go for their arrival if I do... but now I need to figure out the exact temps/humidity for them. I know you need to mist them or lay wet paper towels over the eggs to mimic a wet mom sitting on them.... anything else special goose eggs need?

Honestly? I have hatched ducks. I never spritz anything for a successful hatch. The humidity was 35% - 45%. 75% at lockdown.
