Do both... it works great! I usually have to put down my coffee cup to take a nap, and when I wake up, I nuke it in the microwave. That's how I roll!!!

My silly Christmas tree, a work in progress since thanksgiving. Today the kids put some shiny silver butterflies on it, some cool new size M candy canes and I finally bought a new tree skirt. Sale $4. full of win here! I guess I better pick it up a notch and get the ribbon around it so they can finish the rest of their ornaments this week. Seriously, doing the tree in stages is going to be a tradition, I love that it takes on a different look each week, instead of the same thing from Thanksgiving to New years.
Last year I took all the ornaments off and the kids put on silver dance balls, made some cool homemade paper clocks, and new years signs, blew up mini balloons and had a new looking tree for new years eve. I never took a pic of it But they loved doing that.
