I have my first hatch set in an old Little Giant 5200 still air bator. It's holding temps/humidity really well where I have it so I'm hoping we get at least a few cotton balls chirping around in there in 19 more days! I'm going the more relaxed route, trying not to overly fuss over them as long as they stay turned and the temps stay steady.

what breed do you have in! sweet!!!
Questions: you have a bit higher temps in your still air and you calibrated thermo/hygros, and you understand humidity is not a set number?

Poor results are produced with improper controls of temps and/or humidity.
Either way it interferes with the normal development of the embryo.
Also improper ventilation, turning and even having bacteria involved.
