It sounds like its in the membrane, trouble is that its a small embryo that didnt grow right,  or double yolk?  not sure on that

I would keep it upright at hatch, thats all you can do. 

I don't think it is a double yolk. I'll keep it upright and monitor it. Hopefully I can save it. It sucks knowing it's alive in there right now. I can't help but feel like I should've noticed earlier. Do my other aircells look good? I have some that are definitely developing the dip to one side.

ps... for some reason the small duck eggs get this alot, thats when i did the research to figure out what was going on with my silkie ducks hatching.... I never realized it until I started to candle the bottom of my eggs as well as the tops, to be sure it was hitting the bottom as it should.. I dont share some stuff I researched because it will just confuse people if I tell them to watch the bottoms of their eggs, and to be honest if they do everything right they may still have it happen with bigger eggs that arent turned a complete direct or as yours its a bigger egg, weight loss could have been a factor too.

LOL, I know. I try to talk myself out of getting more, but the fun rainbow of eggs we get each day changes my mind! I don't think I could EVER have too many chickens. But those around me are horrified! I have 1 family member that is ALMOST as enthusiastic as I am.

What's funny is I'm not zoned for chickens. Which means at the most, I should only have 4 hens. To change my zoning with a temporary overlay would be a $1200 non refundable application, they would invite all neighbors in a 5 mile radius to a meeting (I say a trial). The neighbors can offer objections, I have to respond, then a panel will "decide" yeah or nay. I say it's better to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission with narrow minded people like these.

The negative folks in my house keep telling me we are going to get busted. The more hens I add, the higher the possibility I'll be caught. I think the crows are louder than my hens though..

No Crappie less than 12"

the lake I'm going to doesn't have crappie...but there is one even closer to my house that does. The lake I'm going to has bluegill...and a better bite for a kids first trip.
