I fermented a bunch for the first time this year.  It turned out super hot, but very tasty!!

I've beenthinking of doing that....but I'm overwhelmed now. Oh then I discovered this site...now I'm really over whelmed.....

Several people I know have celiac's...... Very hard, but happilly there is starting to be more GF products avalible in stores.

. Yes there are a lot more gf options out there and it makes this disease more apparent in people's minds to help with diagnoses of others!

Have you guys ever heard of making lasagna with potatoes instead of noodles? Just slice the potatoes like you would a potato chip.
