Well , we are getting closer, Monday should have chicks, This time Haven't candled, only time I opened the incubator was if humidity got down to about 25%, so we added a bit of water then about 3 times was all. this figuring it out at high altitudes is driving me insane. We have a few chicks we got hatched though over the winter and the they are doing really good. It's what kept me trying, they will get a candle just before they go into lock down. I ever get this perfected at high altitudes in a LG forced air will be tickled

I bought three of them when I started they were off by 4 degrees!

Take plenty of notes, and when you get it figured out, you should post instructions so others at higher elevations might not have to struggle too much.

Next time maybe try a clean turkey baster & a length of aquarium tubing through a vent hole, and you won't have to open it at all
