Hey, daxi! If it doesn't have splay leg, and it's a slipped tendon in it's hock, I personally would try splinting just the one bad leg. Just my 2c...do I need to tie the two legs together?

welcome Cherries!Hey everyone! I'm joining! I'll be getting 17 chicks on the first of March. But sometime in the spring I'm going to be having a broody hatch some eggs for me. This will be my first time letting a broody hatch eggs. I usually incubate instead. A ways I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice? Or I can hear your experiences? I have already read a lot of broody articles and stuff. Just wanted some extra info.I'll be giving some updates and stuff when I get the mail ordered baby chicks, and when I get one of my hens broody.![]()
