I had been turnin it right to decrease, left to increase like it said. But now ya gotta turn it left to decrease, right to increase?
Totally strange... My neighbor turned right to cool, left to heat just like it says. Not so with me..??

With only 3 hatches under my belt I need a bit of advice. I've had good hatch rates, but with my newest hatch in a Janoel 24 incubator several eggs pipped the wrong end. I've followed what to do with shipped eggs but for some reason this only happened with this incubator. My best hatch was when he eggs were always big end up and not lying down, even for hatch.
 
not best picture will get better ones when it's light but here's the one that arrived 2 days early, she's having fun moving things to her liking in there

you know I think some others using that janoel also had issues.... let me pull who all has that and tag them for you

thats a horizontal egg turner? how often is turning
