All are alive, but you know how it goes...@casportpony are they all alive and well yet?
My cooler won't fit my egg turner in it so I m back on the search. Just happy I remembered to check before we started drilling holes.
Are you making a coolerbator? I retro fit my turner to fit the cooler I have. Helps on chicken math as well
Thanks. I was just on the nantahala website before coming back on. Im think its 4 B 2 G. Anybody else want to take a guess on them?
Well I didn't get as far as I had planned. Started laying the tin, and would have finished before sundown... but I ran out of 1" tin screws that I like to use to screw the tin to the 1"x4"s since they don't go all the way through and split my wig. I thought I had plenty of them left over from the coop build, so I didn't bother checking...I've started the growout pen build. Not going as fast as I'd like for it to be, but I am making a little progress.
4 - 4"x4"x10' treated posts form the foundation of roughly 100 square feet.
2"x4" treated lumber (ripped in half) create the wall frames. It's lightweight so it'll need additional diagonal bracing. Front wall is 6' 3" and back wall is 4' 6", which provides more than adequate slope.
That's it so far, but my goal is to at least get the roof on it before the day's up...
Howdy, Ur. Looks nice!Well I didn't get as far as I had planned.
