This made me giggle because I can only fit 15 eggs MAX in my incubator build and it is hurting/helping my math too.

Well there's that perspective on it. My retro holds 28 minus the one at the turner so 27. Still plenty of eggs for me even at 50% hatch.

@Sally Sunshine Not sure if you remember the chick I was asking about yesterday, but I was curious as to what to look for as far as improvement goes. It looks bad to me but the chick barely seems to notice. He moves around fine and is drinking but it doesn't look like the protrusion has gotten any smaller.

Are you making a coolerbator? I retro fit my turner to fit the cooler I have. Helps on chicken math as well

Well I didn't get as far as I had planned. Started laying the tin, and would have finished before sundown... but I ran out of 1" tin screws that I like to use to screw the tin to the 1"x4"s since they don't go all the way through and split my wig. I thought I had plenty of them left over from the coop build, so I didn't bother checking...

I only got two sheets hung...

Rafters installed.



Slats installed.



Two little sheets of 12' tin installed.
