I don't see any blood vessels in the membrane. If there's no progress in a little bit, you can open the membrane a little to see if you see an exposed yolk. If you don't see yolk, you could remove a little bit of shell (not membrane) above it's head to make it it easier for it to break out. Just a novice suggestion, so others may tell you different.
awwwwwPuppies gimme gimme num num num LOL congrats and you really need to start a support group for puppy sluts like myself. Hoping this spring the girls and Yuri will cooperate and I can have at least 1 litter. Already have a waiting list. I love it when I get repeaters. LOVE the liver and whites markings. I some how always manage to loose a liver and white female from the first litter of each of my girls. ARGH . Do you have a web site that isn't on facebook ?? Would love to check out your bloodline and what not. Will be needing a liver and white male in the next 1 to 2 years as Beth gets closer to 3 yrs.old Do you give your pups temporary names ?? Pilgrim for a B&W female , Sweet Tatter for L&W male. Just trying to help LOL
CONGRATS and ENJOY all the LOVE IN YOU HOUSE right NOW

Edit: I see that it's already been suggested.
I agree with this. However, I don't assist any of my own hatchlings. I'll be watching until about 1pm if you have any problems.
