50F-60F is perfect for storage. Not sure when the Easter HAL begins, but if they're about a week old now, you shouldn't wait more than a couple of days to set them. The chances of hatching goes down pretty rapidly after a week, and it's never a good idea to set them after 10 days. Just thought you should know...
Edit: Don't forget to turn them a couple of times a day while in storage.
