If that is what it says, it looks to me that the light module runs on 110VAC. Not 12VDC. I would not use it in that case.
However, that power supply unit you have is enough to run 10 computer fans :)
So if I wired a power cord to the light and than plugged it straight into an outlet would that work?

If I'm right about the unlabeled voltage yes. If you try it, make sure there's enough space between you and that circuit. If the voltage does step down somewhere between the wall and that circuit board, it could get hot fast, smoke, and possibly start a fire. That's why I recommended not using it. But it may be fine too. Without more info I can't say 100%. I would try it outside with a long extension cord lol. Wouldn't be the first smoke test I've performed...

In essence that's what I have set up. I set it up for my LG9200 so there isn't a light but I took a extension cord and cut it on either end. Left roughly 1 ft worth of cord for the female end and about 6 ft for the male end. Male end plugs into wall and female is where the incubator plugs in. I plan to use the same controller when I get around to building my big incubator. Battery back up would be alot easier with a 12 volt system if that's a concern but I'm not as familiar with how to set it up.

Is there any way to hand turn that one, upright in a cup or something like that?

I'm at school 5 days a week for 6 hours, and Gina from the house a lot, but maybe. I read where someone doesn't turn her shipped eggs at all for first 7 days, and keeps them upright.
