I agree with you on that have barnyard mutts from our hatch. We have seven 10 month olds, seven 2-year-olds and three 3-year-olds. We are getting 11-14 eggs a day, vast improvement from earlier this winter, we were getting two a day, both from our EE's. Definitely feeling more and more like spring here in Colorado, grass is starting to green. We still have to make it through March one of our snowiest months.

We are in the mid. Of soring here! All my citrus are flowering, the Avocado also, the pomegranate is budding and we have hot and long dayes!

I have 18 layers right now and was tickled pink the other day to get 8 eggs...it's been a very loong winter. A few of my girls are at the end of their cycle so in semi-retirement...I don't expect much if anything from them, but 8 eggs felt great. Today I have 6 so far
