Wow look at me go, being able to keep up and all. Sadly, That will be the only time I am caught up I am sure. I am off to run some errand, see you on the flip side and something like 1,000 ridiclous posts later, I am sure.
I agree with you on that have barnyard mutts from our hatch. We have seven 10 month olds, seven 2-year-olds and three 3-year-olds. We are getting 11-14 eggs a day, vast improvement from earlier this winter, we were getting two a day, both from our EE's. Definitely feeling more and more like spring here in Colorado, grass is starting to green. We still have to make it through March one of our snowiest months.This is the big advantage of the hybrid breeds! Excellent layers!

A few of my girls are at the end of their cycle so in semi-retirement...I don't expect much if anything from them, but 8 eggs felt great. Today I have 6 so far![]()
