Ok so I think my bator is ready to go holding steady at 99.5-100-8 overnight humidity at 40%, that is with the Accurite room hygrometer and thermometer combo in the bator along with the two small ones that weren't working yesterday. As much as I want to load the bator with eggs, I will be away from home all day today, don't want to take any chances so will do when I am home tonight or tomorrow and can monitor. Will pick up a couple more hygrometers today while out and some sponges to help adding humidity down the road.

Weighed all the eggs and will be trying that approach this year.

Waiting is hard........

I'm alive and drinking coffee. That was a thermo/hygro combo unit. Maybe about 1"- 1 1/2" in diameter and about 1/2" thick. Fits perfectly in an egg slot in the auto turner.

Thanks, I have no available slots in my turner but some room to the side of it, will pick up today.

Danke.... I have been drawing horses for.... Oh, I dunno, 5 years? It took a long time for me to get this far... I still aim to get much better.

I might rework the shading on the mare's barrel..... Looks a bit stiff... Comments? (If ya can enlarge it enough to see)
