Hi Kathy I am not shoure that I understood your quastion, can you please explain? (You want to chek the soulubilty of the 2 materials? )

I want to check solubility of the two different drugs in water, so two experiments... Thought you might have some suggestions for me.

Do you have the name of the solvent in this two? If it is an hydrophobic material it wont be solobel in water! And to make it colloidal suspension you need to add an emulsifier and that can cange the active material fitchers!

Sounds complicated, lol. Will google...

Kathy it is very simpel! In general The are material that are soluble in water ( hydrophilic= love water in Greek ) like,sugars, salt ect. and material that are soluble in fats ( hydrophobic= Afraid from water ) so how you make somthing hydrophobic to be " soluble" in water? You make it a colloidal suspention, imagine the fat in milk, you dont see it floating on the top? Why? Becaouse in milk there are materials, like calcium that spreds the fat in the water of the milk to milions of tiny bubbles of fat and that is a colloidal suspention! This matirial are cald in general Emulsifiers! ( that wase very hard for me to write in English! )

Can you use one of the ventilation holes to enter a long pice of wood and turn it back?

If the 1st pic is where the egg was supposed to be, I don't see the problem. The egg hasn't rolled over; it's just rotated a little bit sideways....your markings are still facing up in both pics.
