I just did a spot check with my infrared thermometer...it says 104.2 degrees...that can't be right but it's an automotive thermometer...up to 3000 degrees if it was that got the eggs would have cooked a long time ago....I'm gonna tend to believe the Brinsea thermometer.....and the medical calibrated thermometer...but they both show the temps being a little low.

I'd go with the Brinsea and medical therm for this hatch. You saw veining when you candled so you know you are in range.
